We want you to be happy with your order. This Refund Policy explains your right to return CardioX and how refunds are handled.

1. Your 14-day right to cancel

You may cancel your order and return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU) and comparable protections. You do not need to give a reason.

2. Condition of returned items

To be eligible, products should be unopened, unused and in their original, sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food-supplement packaging may not be eligible for a refund unless the product is faulty.

3. How to request a return

To start a return, contact us at info@organicxyrinsing.shop with your name and order details. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued using your original payment method or another agreed method, normally within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

5. Faulty or incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable delivery costs.
